Marks and Spencer Simply Food Stores

We have completed a number of stores which consisted of project management and co-ordination with various trades to achieve practical completion on these tight programme dates, generally 7-8 weeks. The installations included lighting, power, security and fire alarm works.

North Oxfordshire Academy

These works were the refurbishment of a school which consisted of several blocks. The works were a complete installation of lighting, power, security and fire alarm.

Crown Plaza

A complete refurbishment of an existing hotel included all the bedrooms and seminar rooms, which comprised of; lighting (including feature lighting), power, rising busbar system and containment of other services.

Hines Meadow Maidenhead

This contract was a multi-story car park which was a new build with a new sub mains systems. The installation consisted of surface steel conduit and trunking. The majority of the works were lighting with some small mechanical power supplies. There was also a river of light system for the external feature lights. We also completed a new fire alarm system in MICC cable throughout the new and old car park.

Five Ways House Birmingham

A new fire alarm system installed on all floors and offices. These works were installed using surface trunkings and PVC conduit with FP200 gold cabling and MICC also to link the fire alarm panels together. All these works were completed out of hours.

Aldermaston

This contract was a M.O.D. Office block with a very high specification. All works had to be signed off by the AWE inspectors from the site. The works installed were an intelligent lighting control system with emergency monitoring. General purpose power and mechanical power which also included under raised floor works.
